I have a strong background in working at a senior level within a SME of 30 people, managing, growing and developing a team of 15 people, workforce annual planning, pricing services, impact management, reporting to the Board, team growth and team culture. Having previously been Head of Operations I have a useful background in planning, capacity, financial projections and risk.

Looking to present a plan at work or deliver a project successfully? Schedule a Focus session with me to delve into your work plans. Together, we'll develop a structured plan that emphasises objectives, your strategic approach, timelines, resource allocations and risk.

£65 an hour* - over Zoom

£75 an hour - in person (including room hire in Leeds City Centre**)

*Multiple hours can be booked for use in a block, or over multiple sessions
